News about new Supp Regs and Entry Forms

Hi All, Wow! some riders - both local and interstate are really keen!
They have tried sending in 2008 entry forms for the 2009 event.
We have now taken the 2008 forms off the web site.
Please don't use them for 2009 as there will be new ones for that event.
Each year regulations change, and we need to adjust our Supp Regs and entry form to suit.

We will publish new ones for the 2009 event when they become available.
Don't want to miss out? Keep checking the News page.

2009 - Yamaha 24hr Trial Date Announced

To go along with this date will be some new ideas for the trial in promotion, and management, all to keep up with what is happening in other events, yet keep this event unique. So keep tuned!

Photos starting to be uploaded

We have finally sorted out the photo display program and are starting to upload photos
Its a fairly slow process, so please be patient, as we have some 1,300 photos to put on
View the photos here

Please email photo2008@24hrtrial.org to order any photos,
and tell us the photo numbers (and preferably the album they are in as well).

Photos in the online photo album are reduced in quality and have a watermark.
Photos are generally taken with 7mp cameras and generally are about 3 ~ 4mp in full size, but there are some at lesser quality taken with a 2,1mp camera (still ok for 6x4 printing) that we will send to you.

Cost per photo  = $2.00 (to your email address, full size and no watermark).

If you want lots of photos - please email your requests and it might be better if we send them to you on a CD (same cost per photo - but add $5.00 for CD & Post & Pack).

Proceeds go to running this web site, thank you. (webmaster)

ADDED NOTE: We are now adding photos from some other 24hr enthusiasts and these photos are copyright of the respective photographers.  If you spot a photo you want, please email us and we will pass your request on. These photos may vary in original size.

RAIN - It's raining!!!
After such a long dry spell, this weekend and right up much of Monday - leading up to the 24hr, the district has had good rains for the last couple days. This is brilliant! The Committee (and we bet the riders and farmers) are pleased that the rain has dampened down the track, as it makes it so much better to ride. It remains to be seen how much more rain the district gets. We hope that it will remain dry now, for the rest of the week, until after the conclusion of the Yamaha 24hr Trial, and then we hope there are good rains again for our farmer friends.
Just checked out at Neales Flat they had 33mm over the weekend and up today.
Did I mention that it is "FREEZING COLD" - please everyone - take care, it looks like it might be a cold and wet one this year.
